Marcus Flakes is the owner/operator of Commercial Sanitation Initiative, LLC, a Military Maintenance based in Galveston County. He is a 20 year veteran with many years of experience in food and logistics, surface maintenance, customer service and budget analysis. Mr. Flakes’ expertise is personnel management and marketing in the for-profit and nonprofit sectors with a mission capable approach. Marcus holds a wide array of credentials with a B.S. in Culinary Management, Masters of Public Health and a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Texas A&M University. He is trained and certified by the Army National Guard for Domestic Operations and FEMA as a First Responder to Natural Disasters and Terrorism Awareness for the local protection of citizens that reside in the City of Houston.
Marcus Flakes has received accolades from Communities in Schools in Galveston for his initiative to mentor youth and has been published nationwide by the Art Institutes of Pittsburg, Headquarters as being one of the notable Alumni in the business community. His strategic goal is to change the lives of underprivileged veterans and youth one life at a time and to help them see the greatness in themselves.
Kelcie Wilson is a member of the company and brings extensive knowledge on the retail aspect of CSI for cleaning products, disease prevention during cleaning engagements, and human resource and account services. Her background derives from community response team assistance and the military, to include eight years of field medical and trauma surgical experience.
